Linda Mann, Esq. is a contract attorney through the Office of the Child Representative appointed to represent the interests of children in dependency and neglect (child abuse), delinquency, domestic relations, adoption, truancy, probate, mental health, and paternity cases or to serve as state-paid Child’s Legal Representatives (CLRs).

​

A guardian ad litem (GAL) is an objective, impartial person whom the court appoints to act as a representative for the minor children.

​

The only way to obtain legal services of a GAL, is to have an open case in which the judge appoints one of these attorneys.
